My friends let us become great, greater than before what we are. We must be advanced to dehypnotize ourselves with the new treatment that consists of strength and courage.

In this very young age anything that makes us weak physically, intellectually and spiritually we must reject it as poison. We may fail in rejecting sometimes but slowly and steadily if we practice success will be ours.

Now I express my opinions on the following topics briefly….

1. Mental Fitness :

Emunna lekunna idi matram compulsory ga undalsinde. Ee vishayamlo manam mana ancient Rishi’s ki dandam pettalsinde. Antha old time lo kuda entha evolution…mind blowing. Valla lives ni renounce chesi telsukui mari manaku entho wisdom ni andicharu.

Main ga mana India lo excercies anni mental health , internal purity and breathing pattern ni base cheskuni untay. But western so called Gymnastics are just for show purpose matrame, may be limit ga cheste they might be useful. Aina higher goals unnavallaki avanni li8, just yoga is enough.

Now let us know the different types in excercises..

1.   Raja Yoga

2.   Hatta Yoga

3.   Gymnasium

Raja yoga deals with inner layers of mind and pure mental health. Hatta yoga deals with internal and external health and Gym is purely external based one.

Swami Vivekananda says in Raja Yoga…..”The fellows who acquired health through Hatta yoga lives up to 150 years without a single illness but these fellows are merely healthy animals, no use to our country at all.”

So friends we must first concentrate highly on meditation and next practice some asana’s of Hatta yoga and do some exercises of gym.

                       

Couple the hatta yoga and excercises to get all-round physical health but don’t addict to this. This is a small way to reach the high way which leads to our ultimate destination. We must concentrate on meditation to conquer our thought world and to manifest inner perfection.

These exercises are for making ourselves strong and bold enough to face the battle of life and to channelize all our mental energies ultimately to achieve our goal.

2. Unconditional Love :

What I want to say is true love is unconditional. No reason to love. Love depends on neither beauty, nor money nor fame; it’s just a feel that comes without a reason. And true love must touch each and every heart of universe without distinction of age, religion, place and etc. But now a day’s physical enjoyments kosam start chese process ni love antunnaru.

Here I want to mention a proverb, it goes like this....

"If I want to be a hunter, I'll hunt the rhinoceros; if I want to be a robber, I'll rob the king's treasury. What is the use of robbing beggars or hunting ants? So if you want to love, love God."

We know already about true love, but physical enjoyments kihabbituate ayyam kada, anduke ee wrong interpretation chesthunnam….The people who follow spirituality  say that we are all the childs of same God and our source is same. So our love must not bounded by physical appearance. If love lo edanna expect cheste, like physical enjoyments ni, that is just lust.

Here we can understand the difference between the young people who knows spirituality and those who doesn't know. Because spirituality teaches universal love. Ee world lo ae okkarini kuda miss cheyyakunda andarni unconditional ga love cheyya galigithe, true love ento inka niku konchem telisinattu.

I think everyone knows how LORD Buddha loved even creatures as his own self and how Mother Teresa loved the people who suffering from leprosy as the childs of GOD.

Ultimately in the words of Swami Vivekananda......

We may represent love as a triangle, each of the angles of which corresponds to one of its inseparable characteristics. There can be no triangle without all its three angles; and there can be no true love without its three following characteristics.

The first angle of our triangle of love is that love knows no bargaining. Wherever there is any seeking for something in return, there can be no real love; it becomes a mere matter of shop keeping. The second angle of love represents fearlessness. So long as there is fear, it is not love. Love banishes all fear. A mother with her baby will face a tiger to save her child. The third or the apex is that love loves for the sake of love itself. Even the idea of object vanishes. Love is the only form in which love is loved. This is the highest abstraction and the same as the Absolute.

So friends let us unfold the true and unconditional Love present in us, first we send the signals; the tuned minds will receive after…!!!!!

3. Marriage:

This is one of the chief ancient Indian traditions which is collapsing now a day’s mainly by the weak youth of uncontrolled minds. Asalu istam unna lekunna cheskuntaru, tarvata alochistaru divorce gurunchi……

What I want to say is those who have a high goal to achieve will not think about it. But everyone knows what is happening after these so-called marriages.

But nikoka high goal unte, aa goal lone nee happiness antha chuskunte, aa goal ni reach avvadanike ni life ni motham dedicate cheyyadanikaina ready aithe….Oh my friend…skip this marriage, it is not for the people like you.

Surely I can say that…. the people who have high goals to achieve before their marriage shall dedicate their life for the sake of their married life and the people who has the desire to reach the goal even after their marriage will surely success in not reaching them.

If we have something to achieve then let us go for it straightly, no cross routes please…. because our way is already difficult and why making it again complex…?

A girl who married to some guy….must accept his likes and dislikes and she must accept his whole family. Marriage is a package….buy one get five type……ante you have to accept all as same, u can’t say “I can’t do”…….

More over without freedom what can you achieve….?

We have born free… we must live free and we must die free…

Being free means not being away from the work. It’s just making ourselves to attach to our soul i.e. power of divinity and detaching with worldly pleasures.

And you may question, “ Naa goal doctor avvadame…so after becoming doctor I can marry kada ani……”

So tell frankly now…your goal is becoming a doctor or serving people through that profession…?

Make it clear and go in that way which will surely takes you to reach your goal.

So the boys/girls who have nothing to achieve can make their future to go in this way, i.e. married life. But you have to dedicate every moment of life in this way with you family…no compromise….Inka ee way lo velthe matram you have to compromise…anthe..!, inka vere vishalayu motham you have to throw out from your brain. You can see outside how many families are collapsing with misunderstanding. That’s why  make it clear..!!!

But how can you reach your ideal by attaching yourselves to bondages...we must make our way clear…Nenu okkate cheppagalanu niku enjoyments alanitivi kavalante niku natchina way lone vellotchu but goal reach avvadame ni way aithe……….go straightly……..

We must take Srinivasa Ramanujan and Mother Teresa as our ideals. Read them and you will know how they sacrificed their lives to achieve their goals and how they brought perfection to their achievements. Ideals are always there for us but if we want to reach those ideals then we must stick our lives to them.

4. Curiosity:

Manaku child like curiosity undali, but our curiosity must not become

So mana goal ni reach avvadaniki and manam strong and healthy avvadaniki evevi avasaramo  avanni compulsory ga nerchukovalsindhe no matter how difficult they may be.  In case if the good is in hell we must go to hell and learn it.

“If you don’t have any goal... Life will take you to its own way, If you have something to achieve... You will take your life in your own way….”

In case verevi evanna nerchukovalanipiste ….avi mana journey ni disturb cheyyavu ani conform cheskunnake we must forward…but we have to remember always……….In case if  it belongs to heaven which makes us apart from our journey….let us unlearn it.

But remember curiosity lose aite... geniusity may move away from us. Khaliga unte matram let us learn something useful. But spiritual quest matram undalsinde…It has no end and as Indians we must have the curiosity to seek spirituality. Seeking spirituality in the sense seeking freedom…!

5. Devotion:

I think last week lo anukunta, sec’bad bonalu festival celebrations ni TV9 lo chusanu, ohhhhh adanta oka kind of devotion….abbo entha manchi devotionoooooo……adi devotion oo leka pothe weakness oo artham kaadu…! Entaina alanti kind of devotions ke kada breaking news vestaru…..!!

                     

Manalo bhi devotion untundi, kaani anni times lo raadu, eppuidaina Tirupathi ko or Kashi ko vellinappudu poduchukosthundi. Malli inti kochaka eppatilage yedhavannara yeadhavallage untam. Adi bhi mana thappu kaadu, society lo alane undi, we are just following anthe. Manaku chinnaptnunche em nerpicharante….inti dhagara puja cheste adi lower…..temple kelthe good, inka chala far way like Shiridi, Rameshwaram...etc ilanti vati kelthe adi high devotion ani.

Ee LKG standard vishayakanni manam unlearn cheyyalsinde. Where is the real devotion and how it can be done? Compulsory ga each and everyone chinnappatinunche telsukovalsina vishyam idi. But unfortunately mana great education system lo ilantivi emi undavu, intlo kuda evaru chepparu.

Nijanga devotion ante enti…tenkaya kottesi, edo ala pranams chesesi happy ga thinesi velthe aipothunda?......or ekkadikaina long trip lo oka 5 to 10 pilgrimages kellesi fast fast ga mokkesi, temples chusesi, edo cheppukodaniki evo konni photographs konesi vacheste aipothunda….aina akada manam 1 min kuda Bhakthi gurunchi discuss cheyyam, ilanti devotion cheste asalu bhakti antara telsina varevaraina?..asalu ivanni ignorant people chesevi kaada…malli educated people kuda ivve cheyyadam ante antha kanna foolish inkemaina untunda..?

First let us think what we can offer to God. Prapancham lo tenkaya , incense sticks, karpuram etc etc thappa God ki arpinchadaniki inkem undava….?....mana manasu kanna goppa thing edanna unda arpinchadaniki…?

Let us offer our mind itself to God as devotion. Ok good,but how it is possible?..morning levadam tho pate manaku oka manasu untundani telusthundi kada…so nidra nunchi levadanne God ki offer cheddam…next brushuing, eating, journey, work and so called things anni God ke offer cheste ela untundi. Manam elagu God ki offer chestunnam kabatti every moment lo entho pure ga untam. Let us offer our every single moment to God. I think ila cheste God grace so-called Pujaris kanna manapaine ekkuvaga untundi.

àEppudo 1 week ki okasari temple kelthe, 2 or 3 months ki okasari pilgrimages ki velthe God grace vasthundanukunte, mari every single moment ni God ki offer cheste entha grace vasthundi, it’ll be infinite….. ade kada manaku kavali.

Let us discuss what actually it is…Serving people is ok but behind this what is there actually....emuntundante manam andarni God forms laga treat chesi manam chese profession dwara serve cheste… adi karma yoga avthundi. Karma yoga is a way which takes us nearer to the God. So manam as a a doctor , as a Bank manager or ae work chestu vunna aa work ni god worship ga chestu results, name, fame evi expect cheyyakunda vatchina danitho satisfy ayyi ade God Prasadam anukuni ala ala chestu chestu manalo unnna divinity ni manifest cheyadame Karma Yoga…..Ila prathi okkarini God forms laage chusi.. aevariki serve chestunna adi God ki serve chesinatte anukuni cheyyadame kada real Bhakthi..!!

So if we do this perfectly and sincerely surely it will take us nearer to the God makes us to touch the absolute…

Neither name nor fame nor money brings the devotion. It is true love makes us to realize the God.

6. Education:

Meaning: Saraswati is the provider of boons and the one, who grants all our desires. As I begin my studies, I bow to the Goddess to help me in making it fruitful and make me successful in all my efforts.

Swami Vivekananda says OM is itself sound of God, the first sound in this universe is AUM (OM).

But today’s educational system gurunchi entha takkuva cheppukunte antha better emo..! Alas…! Teachers ke education dhikkuledu inka students sangati ela cheppali….Intlo parents books anni kontaru, maximum money spend chestaru…anthe inka vadilestaru, train aina terrorist ni kuda antha verify chesi satisfy aitene bayataku pampistemo…but ee parents school or college lo join chesesiu…inka vadilinchikuntaru, malli valla moham straight ga eppudu chustarante….veediki final results vachinapudu, lekapothe inkemaina yedhava pani chesinapudu…anthe..!! This is the training that has been giving to the students to make good citizens….donkey egg’em kadu…! Ilanti education lo chadavaka poina panikostaremo gani, chadivite matram sure ga paniki rakunda pothunnaru. So many examples are there.

At least minimum moral values kuda nerpinchatledu, inka ee system lo chadive variki respect ela ivvalo teliyadu, ela control lo undalo teliyadu, teachers tho and parents tho ela behave cheyyalo teliyadu…inka etc etc the list goes on……But okkati matram sure ga telustundi, adenandi……ade love….idi tappa inkem teliyaltedu. Ee word education system lo ki ae range lo impose aindante….baboy..! ide main theme aipoyindi. Asalu love ni wrong interpretation chesesi, girls/boys love lo padtame valla thakshana karthavyam aipoyindi. Oh God…..ide kada real degradation ante..!!

Inka western impact manapai ela padindante, asalu mana ancient Gurukula system oka joke anukune range lo padindi. Ee system ni impose chesindi britishers aite, penchi peddha chesindi matram manavalle. Asalu manalni enthaga degrade chesindante reality ki unreality ki difference kuda telsukolenantaga…total ga muchensidi. Enjoyments matrame life goal ane range ki marchesindi manalni…

Nakaite oka vishayam thalchukuntene body motham mandi pothundi. Asalu mana aksharabyasam OM thone start avthundi kada, but manam grow ayye kodhi ala ala marchipotham. Mana country lo mana schools lo inta powerful mantra, the sound of God...OM ni kaneesam chant kuda cheyincharu, mana eternal sound ni saitam marchipoyela chese text books ni, minimum values kuda nerpichaleni ee subjects ni, motham pack chesesi Hussain Sagar lo vesesina tappuledu.

Short ga cheppalante education system ni strong ga cheyyakunda…corruption ni, politics ni, suicides ni, unemployment ni, women pai jarige crimes ni etc etc ni control cheyyalanukunte, it’s just our foolishness.

For example…Crude oil ni ocean nunchi bayataku teestaru kada…crude oil nuche petrol as a product ga vastundi, diesel, kerosene, gas and etc all are byproducts. Okavela diesel or gas or kerosene baga raledanukondi, vatini entha purify chesina em labham…? Problem is in Crude oil…deenni pure cheste byproducts kuda pure gane vastayi.

Same ilaage our education system is like crude oil i.e. roots of our nation. Its product must be good Citizen and byproducts must be good development, evolution in technology, good health to the people and good outputs maximum everywhere. But corruption, politics, suicides and unemployment, ivanni jaruguthunnnapudu how to control the situation…? How many awareness programs will you conduct to control this problems…It is sure it’ll never be controlled by doing that. Then what is the remedy?..Go back to the roots….i.e. education system. Fault ikkada petteskoni evarevarno criticize cheste what is the use….?

We must repair the base. Without a firm base we are going on building floors. Where this problem leads to…leads to destruction of the society.

If it goes on in this way, surely society will fall in severe destruction. But if society has to survive…then this educational system must be moralized and strengthened to topnotch.    

I want to share one of my worst experiences here. Ee year lo maa college annual day roju chala enjoy chesaru ma friends as final year students. Ela ante…Pricipal speech istunnapudu banda scoldings thittadam….Vice principal speech itchinappudaite inka aa place anta ratcha ratcha cheyadam etc. Bad thing entante I also there in that batch. Girls dance performences istunte inka  veella condition ela undo…inka nenu cheppalenu, you can imagine the situation. Ma fiends lo kothamani already hot drinks tho full aipoyi unnaru. Inka alanti situation lo as final year student who have studied in engg college as back benchers…ela untaro you can understand the scene. Evvaru cheppina agatle asalu. Emanna ante ma reply ento telsa..? ‘ippudu kakapote inkepudu enjoy chestam sir…’

Damn…! I can say only one thing….Follow the high way….traffic won’t interrupt you but if you chose local ways you shall be halted always in reaching your destination….

8. Basic Truths:

I discuss this aspect with a small part of poem as taking as a beginning that was written by the 16^th century poet Surdas, who was one of India’s saints and composers…

“One piece of iron in the image of the temple

And another, the knife in the hand of the butcher

But when they touch the philosopher’s stone

Both alike turn to gold!

One drop of water is in the sacred Jamuna,

And another is found in the ditch of the road

But when they both fall into the Ganges,

Both alike become Holy.”

What we can understand from the above poem is…. a man who may be a sinner or sincere…when after he knows truth…He merges into the God.

Adi Shankara Charya says like this..

“O fool..! you are not this body, you’re not even this mind….your are not that five sense organs…..your are not even that vital air, prana…….but you are the pure-conscious-bliss. You’re a part of Brahman and above all… you are with that one Brahman(the almighty).”

So how to understand this…He again says...

“Knowing that I am different from the body, I need not neglect the body. It is a vehicle that I use to transact with the world. It is the temple which houses the Pure Self within.”

Goal of Human life is Realization of God, it is not only for monks or someone who goes to Himalayas….but everyone can realize him through  his work. This is the Ultimate truth one can find in this world.

Some higher power must act on this universe and it must be the reason for all things…and we the Indians already proved that…..Yes He is God ani……….

If He is the higher of all beings then what can happen without His involvement…?

We believe that He is God, the creator of this Universe…….then what can happen without the intension of God. Can an ant move a nano meter of space without his order?

Ramana Maharshi says…

“He is our past….He is our present and He will be our future…”

Antha Bhagavad mayam. Now think where you are and where I am…..We do, we speak and we think but behind our actions, words and thoughts, who is there…He is there and he is the God...

Sri Ramakrishna Says…"Men often think they have understood Brahman fully. Once an ant went to a hill of sugar. One grain filled its stomach. Taking another grain in its mouth it started homeward. On its way it thought, 'Next time I shall carry home the whole hill.'

Swami Vivekananda in his final days says…

“There come moments in our life, when we feel our play is fin­ished, and we want to rush to the Mother. Then all our toil here will be of no value; men, women, and children—wealth, name, and fame, joys and glo­ries of life—punishments and successes—will be no more, and the whole life will seem like a show. We shall see only the infi­nite rhythm going on, end­less and pur­pose­less, going we do not know where. Only this much shall we say; our play is done.”

àTruth is…. it is all God’s play…..What we can understand from is…we din’t born, so we never die, it is our body that has so many births and deaths. Edanna high purpose kosam mana temporary body ni aa matram sacrifice cheskolemaaa?

What is our duty. Our duty is not to believe fatalism here please. We are the creators of our own destiny. Past lo emanna jaragani, future lo em jaragali that we can decide by our own thinking at now itself…anthe..!!

àEvvaru chusina naku happiness kavali, money vadhu antaru eppudo okappdu. But do you know that the happiness that comes from external is temporary..!….aina okariki happiness kavalante inkokaru thyagam cheyyalsinde..So ee worldly things nunchi manaku emanna happiness vaste adi compulosary ga vere valladhe……if one has got happiness in the sence somebody has lost it….external happiness is like waves in the ocean, it continues with up and down levels…if happiness goes to up level….sadness comes to low level…..inthe…ilage transfer avthune untundi.

But where is the real happiness comes from?  Real happiness is that which  comes from our internal soul. That is our own and it’s our own nature..adi entha bayataku vaste antha increase avthuntundi. That is the real happiness which comes from realization. This eternal bliss comes without disturbing any one’s happiness in this universe.

àAdemanna avani manam sincere ga work cheyyadaniki practice cheddam. Mana work chusi God stun aipovali. We should not worry about results. Because He is the reason for everything. If we succeed, that is his wish and if we fail, even that is also his wish. But remember… believing God must not become our weakness….It must be our strength, because believing God itself is like believing in our own strength.

àMy friends…let us become the instruments of God. Swami Vivekananda was like that. Lord Buddha, Mother Teresa, Srinivasa Ramanujan, Ramana Maharshi and the great people all are like the instruments of God. My friend oka instrument leka poinantha matrana nothing loss. In the place of that another instrument will come. But let us be the instruments of God. Let our work pleases God. Let our work be the work of God.

9.Our Duty:

Ee aspect lo I am very small to talk but I’ll try to figure out my opinions.

Ultimate ga Parents ni badha pettadakunda mana explaination tho vallani oppinchadame mana duty. Vallaku manapai enno hopes untay even though explain them , convince them with love and devotion, ….parents ni convince cheste inka manalni evaru stop cheyagalaru kada.

It is our duty to make them happy at any cost, even mana presence thone happy situation create avvali, may be after 20 years tharvataina sare ,vallu mana nuchi em expect chestaro adi ivvalsinde like love, respect etc, nuv India,US or Australia etc, ekkadunna sare, nuv child ga unappudu entha affection chupinchavo same repeat cheyyalsinde….otherwise whatever you may achieve its nothing for them….for your parents… you are ultimate but not your achievements...

Student: Why few people only like Swami Vivekananda and Ramana Maharshi were very keen in knowing about God?  Vallake enduku alanti desire kalingindi, nakenduku God ni chudalanna eagerness ledu?

Master: Oh my child, this is not only your problem, it’s the problem of devotees and people and it is the problem of even priests, they pray to God but not interested in seeing Him.

Now coming to the point, just 3 hours cinema goppaga anipistene, autographs kosam directors and actors venta padi ivvaka pote chala disturb avthav kada, inka fan associations ani, avani ivani ededo chesestav kada valla gurunchi…..evo konni matches lo centuries chesinanta matrana players ni okkasaraina kalavalani pitchekki pothundi kada .!.....

à Lastly I can say only one thing…

Nuv meditation cheyyadam start chey -- cinemas, gadgets and physical so-called enjoyments anni daani mundu dust laga kanpistay.

Nuv smiling face maintain chey...ni mere presence thone misery lo unnavallu kuda valla worries marchipoyela chey-- niku face washes,  face creams avasaram ledu.

Nuv sweet words matladu-- inka niku perfume avasaram ledu. Ni words ae fragnace ga maripothundi.

Nuv inspiring work chey-- neekinka money gurunchi alochinchalsina avasaram ledu. Nilanti valla kosame kada adeppudu wait chestuntundi.

Inka nijanga….. what is the Truth that beyond this world….telsukovalante Go back to our ancient scriptures, which we have been keeping in our Puja Rooms from so many years onwards.

If in this world a bundle of books are present which can only say about strength—then those must be Bhagavad Gita and Upanishads. It is our duty to read them daily to become perfect in our life.

Paina cheppina vishayalanni….na mind lo clouds laga thiruguthuthunnay daily….so I presentd here….I am means-- one fellow from 120 crores of our population, …. So idanta li8… just take them as opinions from your best friend.

Lastly I want to present here a quote of Swami Vivekananda

“All the vanities in the world are transient including our lives, but they alone live who live for others and the rest are more dead than alive.”
